Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a key component of professional growth and success. Our Leadership Development Program is a two-part program with a curriculum that will expose you to key business concepts intended to strengthen your managerial capabilities and lead your organization. Haslam College of Business faculty are internationally recognized for their cutting edge research and innovation as consultants and practitioners. The strength of our Professional MBA faculty is defined by their ability to translate abstract academic theories into an applied learning experience that allows you to relate and apply course concepts in your own professional experience.

Students in the Professional MBA program come from a range of academic and professional backgrounds, so our innovative curriculum speaks to the holistic business leader rather than one specific industry.
